What are the technical requirements of non-standard machining

Non-standard machining is one of the commonly used parts in machinery, and non-standard machining is an important part. It can support transmission parts and transmit torque. For us, the technical requirements and processing of shaft parts are a content about large-scale machining. What is its specific content? Then please look at the following.

Non-standard machining is one of the commonly used parts in machinery, and non-standard machining is an important part. It can support transmission parts and transmit torque. For us, the technical requirements and processing of shaft parts are a content about large-scale machining. What is its specific content? Then please look at the following.

The technical requirements of non-standard machining generally include the following aspects:

1. Accuracy of diameter and geometry

On the shaft, it is important to machine the support journal and the matching journal. The diameter accuracy is IT5-IT9, and the shape accuracy should be controlled within the diameter tolerance, which requires higher than the diameter accuracy. Mutual position accuracy: if it is a shaft with general accuracy, its radial circle runout, if it is matched with the journal to support the journal, it is generally 0.01-0.03mm, and the high-precision shaft is 0.001-0.005mm. if there are special requirements, it should be noted.

2. Surface finish

Due to the accuracy of the machine, operating speed and other factors, the requirements for non-standard machining surface roughness are also different. The surface roughness of the supporting journal is 0.16-0.63 microns, and the surface roughness of the mating journal is 0.63-2.5 microns

3. Material, blank and heat treatment of the spindle

In non-standard machining, the commonly used material is 45 steel. Through normalizing, annealing, tempering and quenching, a certain strength, hardness, wear resistance and toughness can be obtained.

For shaft parts with high speed, alloy structural steel can be selected, because the wear resistance and fatigue resistance will be improved after heat treatment.

Spindle blanks generally use forgings and round steel, which can reduce the amount of cutting and improve the mechanical properties of the material.
