At present, our company has the following large-scale precision processing equipment:
1. Japan's Mitsubishi Heavy Industries brand MVR40 pentahedral machining center has one set. The maximum strokes of X, Y, Z and W are 6200, 4000, 800 and 1100 respectively. The maximum worktable size is 3000 × 5000 and the maximum bearing capacity is 40 tons.
2. Kunming machine tool TJK6920 2 sets of CNC floor boring, X, Y, Z, W and V, with maximum strokes of 12000, 4000, 1200, 1100 and 2000 respectively. The size of the worktable is 3000 × 3000 and the maximum bearing weight is 80 tons.
3. Qiqihar has a 5-meter CNC vertical lathe with a maximum load of 40 tons.
